Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and you will be responsible for any outstanding fees incurred up to the termination date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easycloud WMS is offered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
